Description
We are actively searching for a Director of Nursing in the Hampton/Newport News area. The DON must have strong leadership and clinical leadership experience. This position has responsibility for the complete clinical operation of a Hospice agency including budgetary, management, leading the nursing team, provide clinical direction, and ensure compliant growth and profitability of the agency. Must be able work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality levels consistent with specific professional standards and goals.
Qualifications: BSN or Masters in Nursing. Active VA Nursing license with one (1) - two (2) years of experience. Management as well as Hospice experience is required.
