Description
Busy Medical Practice in an area North of Atlanta has an immediate need in their Business Office for an Insurance and AR Representative. This is a full-time, 8am - 5pm position. Candidate must have experience in collections (Patient and Insurance), Appeals and claim follow up, experience in Pain Management and/or Orthopaedics, proficient using eClinical Works, and outstanding customer service skills. This position will cross train in other areas to fill in when needed.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year medical office collections and pain management & Orthopedic coding
- Recent Insurance and Patient Balance Collections within a private practice medical office required
- Excellent Customer Service & Communication skills required
- Ability to turn around a negative conversation with a patient or insurance representative
- Proficient using eClinical Works
- Excellent phone and communication skills, organized, attention to detail with,
- Strong computer literacy, good time management, reliability and punctuality are essential skills for this position.
- Ability to work within a team environment. A multi-tasker who is effective and efficient while maintaining proper guidelines and organization in a fast paced environment.
